Andrew Wright

Andrew Wright joined Ernst & Young October 1997 and has performed a number of senior HR and Learning and Organisational Development roles.  He is currently Director of Leadership and Partner Development for NEMIA, which in addition to the UK, includes the Middle East, Africa and India where he now spends a third of his time.

Prior to 1997 he was Director of Organisational Development (Europe) for Unisys where he led the development of a new global performance management process.  He was also instrumental in driving an HR transformation project across Europe.  He has gained extensive experience in Management and Executive Education both in Unisys and BAAplc.

He has always worked in progressive domestic and international environments and is passionate about learning and development. A strong people leader and coach, he has led multiple teams and has undertaken numerous executive coaching assignments.  

He is an active member of the CIPD.
