Graham Prentice

Graham Prentice joined the Nestlé Nutrition Business in July 2004 as the Global HR Lead based in Vevey Switzerland. His business spans some 60 countries covering 4 distinct business units, Infant Nutrition, Healthcare Nutrition, Performance and Weight Management.

Prior to 2004 he was the global lead for change management for 3 years for the one of the largest ever corporate change projects undertaken introducing global best practices and a SAP platform. Prior to moving to Switzerland, Graham held a number of senior HR positions in Nestlé UK, including head of compensation, head of learning and development as well as Factory general management roles.

Graham is passionate about learning for him and others and puts this at the heart of his work.

He is a Fellow if the CIPD as well as holding a Masters in Occupational Behaviour from London University.
