Coaching

Coaching now typically represents a significant proportion of an organisation’s investment in people development, especially for talent pools and senior managers. Alongside examining important topics such as standards, evaluation and supplier management, coaching must take account the multi-cultural context, and also the influence of the strengths-based management philosophy.

Coaching and mentoring serve different functions at different levels in an organisation, from the boardroom to ‘buddy’ schemes for new arrivals. Above all, an investment in coaching can make a lasting difference for individuals, teams and organisations.

"Don't measure yourself by what you have accomplished, but by what you should have accomplished with your ability."
John Wooden
