An experienced recruiter within professional services and also in small/medium not for profit organisations. Over 14 years’ experience with Price Waterhouse managing all aspects of graduate and experienced recruitment including selection criteria, interview training and marketing.

Experience now applied in development of Selection Interviewing courses and workshops tailored to reflect a) the business sector and culture of the organisation; b) the different levels of experience and roles of the participants. Approach is highly participative with the aims being to market the organisation effectively, attract the right calibre of recruits and to manage risk in the recruitment process.
