Leigh Casey

Leigh advises business on strategic HR, change management and organisational development. She works with senior teams and develops executives. She also works with finance and other business functions to bring about business transformation.

Her main area of interest is developing business leaders on a one-to-one and small group basis, within the context of the business issue they face. Her style is facilitative, encouraging and positive, combined with robust challenge where necessary.

Leigh has held senior positions at the BBC and The Bank of England, specialising in organisational and management development and strategic HR issues. She also worked for a number of years at PricewaterhouseCoopers in a variety of development, training and finance roles both in the UK and internationally.

Leigh is currently studying for a PhD at Warwick Business School, examining the development of leadership capability in entrepreneurial organisations.
