Melanie Carlebach

Following a successful career in Human Resources in the Telecoms, Technology and Media sectors, working for organisations such as Nortel Networks, Hewlett Packard and The Walt Disney Company, Melanie developed her passion for increasing the effectiveness of Leaders and Managers. Melanie brings European experience and an understanding of different cultures to her consulting services. Her experience includes:

• Developing a pan European employee communications survey and the subsequent employee engagement strategy
• Designing and delivering a prestigious leadership programme for a media company
• Coaching and mentoring of Chief Executive and various team members in pharmaceutical sector
• Organisation Design work for construction and retail clients

In addition to a Masters in English Literature from Edinburgh University, Melanie holds a number of professional accreditations including:

• Myers Briggs stage 1 and 2
• Emotional Intelligence
• NLP
• Certificate in Counselling
