Graham Prentice
Director
Graham Prentice is an experienced HR Director with some 30 years of HR experience working in a variety of organisational settings. His breadth of HR work has covered both specialist and generalist positions working in a country as well as a global corporate centre.
He has designed many aspects of Nestlé’s first global performance management system together with a new set of Leadership competencies. In addition to his work in succession planning and career management, Graham has worked in the design team for talent and high potential management at Nestlé.
Graham was Head of Global Change Management for Nestlé in their Globe programme which remains the largest ever change programme for best practice and SAP implementation.
Working at all levels of HR within Nestlé, Graham most recent position was Head of Global HR for Nestlé Nutrition business based in Switzerland.
Graham continues to support Nestlé in being a member of their global HR development faculty, designing and facilitating HR development programmes around the world. In addition, Graham is delivering a mentoring programme for the top 100 manager in Nestlé globally.
Graham works with SDLearning in developing their practice in all areas but with a focus on HR Business Partnering, Talent, High Potentials and Coaching.
Graham holds a Masters in Occupational behaviour as well as being a Fellow of the CIPD.
