He trained as a Chartered Accountant with Thomson McLintock (now part of KPMG) in London, qualifying to become Partner and has also held the positions of Chief Executive of Société Générale’s investment banking operations in the UK, Managing Director of the trading Marketing Division and Executive Director of the London Stock Exchange.

Peter has worked as an executive coach since 1992, co-founding The Change Partnership in March 1994. He subsequently joined JCA Group – a consulting boutique specialising in talent development and succession management.
