Please complete the following form to book yourself and/or colleagues to attend SDLearning Successful HR Business Partnering programme.
Once your booking form has been received, you will receive an email confirmation. Delegates will receive joining instructions and pre-work 2 weeks prior to course dates.
Booking Terms and Conditions
• Please note that full payment must be received prior to course to guarantee a place (subject to availability)
• If at the time of booking, all places have been taken, you will be informed and offered the option of being added to either a subsequent course date or a waiting list
• Written cancellations received up to 1 week prior to each block course day are subject to an administration charge of £125 plus VAT.
For cancellations received 1 week prior to each block course day, the course fee is not refundable. However, in advance of the course, one change of delegate name can be made on payment of a fee of £40 plus VAT
• Course bookings are non-transferable to other delegates during the course
• This booking constitutes a legally binding contract
